The Perks of being a fan of Holland Furnace

I get about 100 people a year calling me up and wanting me to either look something up for their old Holland Furnace,or wanting me to talk them through
troulble shooting a furnace that they are trying to save money on by fixing it themselves.With the rotten economy I can't blame them but it's not really doing me any favor either.

This Lady was breathing Filth!

I cleaned the air ducts for a lady yesterday.When I opened up the end of her return duct and showed her what I was about to remove she could'nt believe it.It sickened
her.After I cleaned the duct I had her take another look.She was amazed.I gave her the bill .She paid me with cash(God Bless Her) Then she stuck a $20.00 bill in my hand...She said don't argue.

Let me see??/

I got back to Akron there was a letter from Keiths Heating wanting to buy me out.
f....k him. Then I opened the newspaper .There was a ad from some duct cleaner wanting to clean my air ducts for $39.00 Limited time only.Now let me see it cost me
$10.00 for gas to run my Sani-Vac machine,$20.00 deisel to drive around town in my Sani-Vac truck,if I need a helper I pay him $40.00 and on and on.Now whats he doin that I'm not except when he gets done talkin to you the price will be much higher than $39.00. Let Me See??/

As the Furnace Burns

I have had a very good life cleaning Ducts.I have seen much excitement.
Such as.
When I clean air ducts i cover every register with newspaper I go to each room in the house and clean each register and vent.I start at the farthest point away from the furnace and work towards the furnace. Well one time I told the homeowner how I do it and he said go and do what ever you need to do so I started covering the registers I went upstairs and went to one room after another.When I went into the last bedroom here was the homeowners wife laying naked in the bed. I cover the register then went about my business.
After I get the giant Vacuum Truck started up I again go to the farthest register
to brush and blast hight pressure air down the vent to dislodge any debri .Well I got back to that room,The lady was still laying in the beed naked and sleeping
I proceded to clean the vent(It is Quite loud) The lady never moved just layed there asleep. The man never came up or said anything.
Just a lil bit of excitement in the life of a duct cleaner.
